The attached brochure explains your rights under U.S. copyright rules. In summary, you may not reproduce in any way, shape or form all or part of Sharpe’s Point or Sharpe’s Point news blurbs. Sharpe’s Point, like music, movies and software, is protected as intellectual property.

Routine rewriting of the e-newsletter is also not permitted. Occasional rewriting of an article from Sharpe’s Point is permitted; however, credit must be given to it prominently as the source of the article.

Occasional redistribution is also permitted in certain limited circumstances. If such a case arises, please contact Sharpe Media to explain the situation. We will work with you to the extent possible to satisfy your needs. Sharpe Media currently does not have an account with the Copyright Clearance Center (CCC). This means you must contact us, rather than the CCC, if you wish to copy an article.

Individual issues of Sharpe’s Point are registered with the Library of Congress Copyright Center. In addition, the name Sharpe’s Point is registered with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
